SPECIAL TELEPHONE MEETING
TUESDAY, March 22,
2005, 9:00 A.M.
In
compliance with Commission Bylaws and Rules, a meeting notice announcing the date,
time, location and agenda availability was mailed to the interested parties
March 8, 2005
A Special
Telephone Meeting of the Central Interstate LLRW Commission was held Tuesday,
March 22, 2005, for the purpose of taking action on one export application.
Participating
in the meeting via telephone were: Laura Gilson, Arkansas Commissioner and
Commission Chair; Joe Harkins, Kansas Commissioner; and Catherine Sharp,
Oklahoma Commissioner.
Rita
Houskie, Commission Administrator was present in the Commission office at 1033 'O'
Street, Suite 530, Lincoln, Nebraska.
The meeting
was called to order at approximately 9:07 a.m. and all but one commissioner
responded to the roll call. Commissioner Henry was not available to participate
in the meeting.
No members
of the public were in attendance to make comment during the general public
comment period.
The Chair
introduced the agenda item and asked for a motion.
Motion (Resolution 1) by Kansas, second by Oklahoma, to approve
the Application to Export Waste for Learjet, Inc, FY05 (KS)
Motion passed 3-0
Motion to adjourn the meeting.
Motion passed by
acclamation.
The meeting
was adjourned at approximately 9:11 a.m.
