Updates to SECY-24-0045 Proposed Rule – Integrated Low-Level Radioactive Waste Disposal
June 13, 2024: The documents below have been sent to the Commission with regard to the Integrated Rulemaking, aka, 10 CFR Part 61. The proposed rule is now with the Commission and they will vote on whether or not the rule can go out for public comment.

Newsflash: Notification letter from the NRC to Interim Storage Partners LLC regarding license issuance
In letters dated June 8 and July 19, 2018, Interim Storage Partners LLC submitted an application to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) requesting a site-specific license in accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) Part 72.
